About Victor, the founder
Wine and gastronomy have always been an essential part of my life
The son of a wine enthusiast and a professional chef, I grew up guessing spices and aromas, and listening to the stories behind every bottle opened at special gatherings.
After 10 years in marketing (HEC Paris), I chose to return to my roots and work hands-on in vineyards, learning from soil to cellar:
- Château Peyrassol (Côtes-de-Provence): 2* Hachette Guide, organic wines
- Château Malescasse (Bordeaux, Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel): between Margaux and Saint-Julien, 97/100 Decanter
- Château La Bernarde (Côtes-de-Provence): rare reds, organic wines
- Tenuta Casenuove (Chianti, Italy): 96/100 Copello, 95/100 Falstaff
- Quinta da Côrte (Douro, Portugal): 92/100 James Suckling, 16.5/20 Jancis Robinson
Along the way, I had the privilege to collaborate with inspiring figures such as Stéphane Derenoncourt (internationally acclaimed oenologist) and Guy Savoy (Michelin 2*), while earning the WSET and pursuing the Master of Wine diploma.
These journeys deepened my conviction that wine’s greatest value goes beyond the label, it lies in how it fits the moment, the place, the people, and the memories it creates.

Do you only work with French wines?
Yes, exclusively. We believe in mastering one field deeply. France offers exceptional diversity, from world-famous appellations to hidden gems, and we explore it for you.
Why not just work with a local wine shop?
Because we’re not just sellers. We’re sommeliers and wine curators: pairing wines with your food and moments, while sourcing unique bottles for your cellar, your events, or your market. Growing up in France with a second culture, we bridge two worlds: we can understand your needs, and we bring you wines chosen with the authenticity of a true local. That personal connection is something no regular shop can offer.
Can you help with food and wine pairing?
Absolutely. As experienced sommeliers, we have a long-standing practice of designing pairings. From timeless classics to creative pairings, we consider also every detail, the occasion, your guests, the setting, and even the music, to create a truly harmonious moment.
What if I don’t know much about wine?
That’s where we come in. We make it easy, enjoyable, and accessible. You share what you like, and we take care of the rest.
How are your wines selected?
Each wine is chosen for its character, authenticity, rarity and story, not because it’s fashionable. It’s even better if a wine is organic or biodynamic, but taste comes first. We also conduct thematic blind tastings to fine-tune our selections. We taste over 2,000 French wines a year, and currently work directly with more than 400 winemakers.
